Unlike traditional braces, Incognito braces are hidden discreetly on the back of the teeth. This means you can straighten your teeth without feeling self-conscious, because your braces are virtually invisible from the outside. It also eliminates any risk of decalcification to the front of the teeth.

Suitable for all age groups, including children and adolescents, these advanced braces are custom-made for each patient using the latest computer technology, ensuring maximum comfort and precise results. Treatment length is typically 12-24 months.

How does it work?

Impressions of your teeth are taken and sent to a laboratory in Germany where a scanner converts these impressions into a 3D computer model. This model is used to produce your unique gold lingual brackets.

When we receive your bespoke lingual brace from Incognito we need to see you to attach the braces. This can take up to 2 hours and is a pain free process, you will need to keep your mouth open for a long time, but we will keep you as comfortable as possible.

Once your brace is fitted, your orthodontist will see you every 6-10 weeks, to monitor progress and adjust the brace as necessary. When your treatment is complete you will receive a retainer to wear at night, to ensure your teeth remain in their new position.
